Dolby Digital
Dolby Anol are John Baillie Jnr and Graham Peel. They are from Scotland and have been making serious noise lately. With their latest EP Sandy Bitches receiving support from the likes of JFK and Boys Noize, Dolby Anol bring a distinctive sound that has to be heard to understand. Hearing Boys Noize drop "Weapons Of Mass Distraction" at Ultra was mind numbing. With their fabulous remixes of La Roux, Frankmusik, and Jaguar Love, these guys have stardom written all over them. Also churning out original production at a fever pace, they've released two EPs so far in 2010, with 3 more in the works for this summer alone! I really cannot say enough about this promising duo, so without further ado, here is a bunch of their stuff. Make sure you listen all the way through, Dolby brings the thunder in the second half of many of their tracks.

Party In My Pance
San Francisco's Pance Party have just released their newest EP Let's Get Invisible! and it is pure gold. Building on the sound they pioneered on their last EP Kim Jong Thrill this trio has a bright future in American electro. Deep, dark, dirty bass with some active effecting allows these guys to stay fresh from production to production. "Chocolates" is massive while the title track "Let's Get Invisible!" shows off Pance Party's versatility. Have a listen.
Thursday, Full of Hate
I'm stuck inside all day doing lab reports. That's no fun. To distract myself from this banal slave labor, I'm going to leave you with a collection of tunes that fit my mood.

The Revolution is Jacked
Since their Mars remix, Jack Beats has been melting my appendages. Revolution is nothing short of kooky. These London residing DJs/producers have some of the most original and clever wobble in the game. Big things are guaranteed in their future. This is from their new EP. You can find Out of Body on Chemical Jump. It's pretty awesome too.

World Class Driver
Felix Cartal released his debut LP Popular Music back in February. Now it's time for some remixes. First up is the track "World Class Driver". Getting treatment from the indelible Harvard Bass, Belgian native Keatch, and tech-funk champions Santiago and Bushido, all of these remixes are classy and stand out on their own. There is also a B-side from Cartal himself. Excellent release from Dim Mak and friends.
Chemistry Lesson With Your Tunes
I have nothing against Housse De Racket. I rather like them. Some seriously awesome remixes of "Oh Yeah!" have been put out their (one from some of my favorite Nashville natives Jensen Sportag). However, they've mislead us. Call me a nerd, fine, but I'm right about this. As the description explains, melanin is collection of compounds. Wikipedia can provide more information. The above structure is not a melanin but rather "melamine" a toxic flame retardant. You're most familiar with its applications in your Formica counter tops, guitar nuts, and glue.
Enough ranting about chemistry. Enjoy these tunes!
North Coast Music Festival
The windy city. I love Chicago. They're about to put on one of the best deals I've seen. The North Coast Music Festival has legends that should be on your bucket list and it's fairly priced too. The only downside is it overlaps with Electric Zoo.

| Moby (DJ Set) | Disco Biscuits | Pretty Lights |
| Benny Benassi | Paul Van Dyk | Cold War Kids |
| De La Soul | Mayer Hawthorne & the County | Jay Electronica |

| Jakob Dylan & Three Legs | Laidback Luke | Future Rock |

Electric Zoo
Electric Zoo, New York's multi-stage electronic festival, returns Labor Day weekend. With only 26,000 people attending over two days last year, EZ gives fans a chance to see some premier DJs in a rather intimate setting. Taking place on Randall's Island, just east of Manhattan, I can't think of a better place to be for Labor Day. Some notable DJs billed for the party:
| The Chemical Brothers | Benny Benassi | Major Lazer |
| Kaskade | Boys Noize | A-Trak |
| Bassnectar | Fake Blood | Erol Alkan |
| Wolfgang Gartner | Steve Aoki | LA Riots |
| Afrojack | Aeroplane | Laidback Luke |
P.S. Make sure to get your tickets before they go up in price July 8th at midnight! Buy them here
BeatauCue
Beataucue is a French duo who have burst onto the scene with remix after remix. From Boys Noize to Sound of Stereo to Pony Pony Run Run, they seem to pop up every week with a newly commissioned remix. With their latest EP Cha Cha Cha, these guys seem destined for greatness. "Bus" utilizes vocal sampling reminiscent of Fake Blood, and their ability to shift gears from style to style hints at a diverse catalog in the years to come.

Introducing CAASINO
Friends over at the Electric Deck sent us their newest mixtape from their latest project, CAASINO. A duo from Los Angeles, their Sahara mixtape is dripping with nu-disco sexiness. Quality work from these two. Expect originals and remixes later in the summer.
